Switch board/MCC shall be sheet steel, indoor floor mounting, free standing type. The design shall be totally enclose, dust tight, vermin proof by providing rubber rubber gasket beneath all covers/doors
All steel work shall undergo a process of Degreasing, Degusting, & Grinding, than powder coated with safer chemically treated with semen tank process as approved shade we provide.
The Switch Board /MCC`s shall be of single front construction outgoing feeder shall be arranged in mortifier individual compartments. The frame work shall house switches, Circuit Breakers, MCB’s etc. each module shall be fitted with individual doors with hinges cable supports at regular intervals shall be provided for dressing of cables.
Three Phase and natural aluminum bus bar of rectangular cross- sectional area shall be provided. Bus Bar shall be supported on unbreakable non – hygroscope DMC or SMC supports rigidly held to the frame work of the chamber and are insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves.
Earth studs at the base channel on both the sides of panel are provided as per clients’ requirement. We can provided earthling strips of aluminum or copper which shall run through the base of channel.
Switch Board’s/MCC ‘s shall be designed to foliate aluminum copper pvc cable (armored or unarmored) entry from bottom or top as the case may be removable sheet steel covers / plates shall be provided at the bottom or top for the customers to drill holes for cable entry through cable glands.
Switch Board /MCC shall be completely factory wire ready for connecting to the equipment. All control wiring will be done by PVC insulated copper wire of sizes 1.0 sq mm fitted with identifications colour ferrules Termination of wires on the both ends will be by using cable lugs wiring shall be properly dressed bunched and supported by ‘P’ clips.
Engraved name plates on all incoming and outgoing feeder compartments are provided in case the feeder details are furnished by the customers along with the order of approved drawing Danger Labels, chamber labels shall be provided at appropriated places.
